Local Support

In order to provide the highest quality of services with agile response time for onsite support, our network of subsidiaries covers the entire Middle East region. 

In every country, Midis Energy has the required expertise, engineers, and technicians to support our Customers round-the-clock, covering more than 100’s of installations

Our teams are well trained and experienced and account for 1000 personnel across the Group, mainly spread across Sales, Pre-Sales, Support and Technical Services.

Detailed technical workshops are conducted periodically in every country in order to provide our Customers the highest level of after sales services including repair and maintenance.

Within In-country warehouses, every Midis Energy entity maintains a substantial inventory of spare parts for immediate intervention, fast and seamless repair.

In order to serve such an esteemed and demanding clientele spread across the region, Midis Energy decided to invest heavily into Spare Parts Inventory Management in addition to having 1000+ employees to cover the whole Market.

In every country a substantial amount of carefully selected spare parts, are permanently kept in stock in order to cover the specific installations of each country.  This provides our engineers and technicians the luxury to choose ‘off the shelf’  spare parts, allowing them to offer quality and timely technical support to our clients.

Over and above a level II stock of spare parts is kept permanently in our regional service center. This level II inventory of spare parts acts as an emergency back-up for critical situations by providing availability of the rarely needed parts.

Such investment in spare parts gives Midis Energy a huge advantage of satisfying all our customers in the Middle East.

Regional Service Center

In addition to the local in-country support, Midis Energy established a regional KOHLER-SDMO service center in Ras Al Khaimah.

Our regional KOHLER-SDMO service center enjoys extended capabilities of repair and services such as:
